TherapyScape

What is psychotherapy?

Like counselling psychotherapy is a way of exploring aspects of yourself and the ways you have learnt to cope with life's experiences. It can help you to gain a clearer understanding of your actions and thoughts and support you to choose how your life looks and feels.

Therapy offers somewhere to be heard, supported and understood.

In Gestalt therapy you can talk about your thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged or criticised.

In Gestalt Psychotherapy a relationship will be built between therapist and client. This relationship is built on respect and finding ways to express your thoughts and feelings openly without fear of judgement.

I  respect you to choose what you want to address in therapy and  will not push you to make changes to your life that you do not want or do not feel ready for. Gestalt Psychotherapy is interested in supporting the whole person.
