What is counselling?
Counselling forms part of the therapeutic process. It offers somewhere to be heard, supported and understood. You can talk about your thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged or criticised.
What I offer at TherapyScape
I offer psychotherapy which at times may feel similar to counselling. I will spend time listening and getting to know you. It is very important to me that you feel comfortable, heard, respected and supported in the therapy environment.
In Gestalt Psychotherapy I am also interested in how you have coped with difficult experiences and how you may still be effected by these experiences in the here and now. I use creative mediums to explore your experience and am interested in how you might experience your feelings through your body.
